I recieved the wrong ring and cannot get anyone to tell me how to return the wrong ring g so I can get the Grandaughter ring. I received a sisters ring instead.

First of it took 5 days longer to get to me then the date given , #2 it was the wrong size, and I will not buy from them again.i have requested a refund on my purchase.
